Despite our best efforts, there are times when the Berghia nudibranchs we send out do not make it to you the customer alive. These are usually due to factors beyond our control. However; you have paid for live nudis and we will ensure you receive live nudis.
Once you have received them, please check that they are either attaced to the sides of the container or are visibly moving. Please get in touch if they seem to be dead and we will send you a new batch as soon as convenient for you.
